Returns & Refund Policy 

OVERVIEW 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as different product categories are subject to different return conditions.

14-DAY RETURN WINDOW 

We accept returns within 14 days of your item's delivery date, subject to the eligibility conditions outlined below. To initiate a return, please contact us at: customerservice@bikecraze.com Please wait for our confirmation before shipping any return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

All returned items must meet the following conditions to be accepted: 

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  •  In original, new, and unused condition
  •  In original, unopened packaging with no damage
  •  Not assembled or built in any way
  •  No signs of wear, use, or modification

  ⚠ Items that do not meet all of the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

NON-RETURNABLE & FINAL SALE ITEMS 

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  •  Close-out and clearance items
  •  Special order items (ordered specifically on a customer's behalf)
  •  Items purchased at a promotional or discounted price
  • Gift cards
  • Electric Bikes (E-Bikes) — see dedicated section below

ELECTRIC BIKE (E-BIKE) POLICY 

⚠ Due to insurance and liability restrictions, Bikecraze cannot  accept returns on used electric bikes. E-Bikes sold at a promotional or discounted price are Final Sale — no returns or refunds. E-Bikes purchased at standard retail price may be eligible for return only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

* Return is requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Odometer reads under 5 miles 
  • Bike is in new, unassembled condition
  • All original items are included: charger, keys, hardware,  and any accessories received Bikecraze only accepts E-Bike returns for Bikecraze-brand models purchased through bikecraze.com or at our Anaheim, CA retail store.

RESTOCKING FEE & RETURN SHIPPING 

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund amount. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

If you change your mind after placing an order but before taking delivery, the following charges will apply:

  •  15% restocking fee
  •  Any incurred build, handling, or shipping fees

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS 

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us right away at customerservice@bikecraze.com so we can make it right. Do not attempt to assemble or use a damaged item before contacting us.

REFUND PROCESS 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval decision. If approved:

  •  A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund 
  •  Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  •  Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund

IN-STORE & SPECIAL ORDERS 

Items ordered in-store at our Anaheim location are considered special orders and are non-refundable. Please confirm your selection before placing an in-store order.
