We Send An Order Confirmation Email
For Most Electric and Non-Electric Bike Orders - We Pack & Ship Your Order (Within 5-7 Business Days)
Delivery Time (5-7 Days After Shipping)
Once you receive your product, you or a local professional will need to unpack and do Final Assembly!

There are exceptions to the above, but those will be outline on each product. Some products or brands require custom builds or special handling and may take more time. This would be outline in each product description. If you have any question, please give us a call.

Bikecraze ships most products through UPS, and FedEx. Some items are designated to be picked up in store and not shippable. Small accessories might ship via USPS.
